- All returned/exchanged items must be returned unwound, undamaged, and unwashed, and all original labels are included in the original packaging.

Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Please contact our customer service representative at [email protected] to request an exchange/return address.
Step 2: Please follow the instructions on the exchange/return address to pack and ship back the return package.
- a) Refund shall be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer may take 1 to 2 weeks to process the bank's refund.
- b) The new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package.
Note: Due to impacts of COVID-19, exchanges may take between 1-4 weeks to be processed. This may be due to our fulfillment center or shipping company. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times and please know we are actively working for you.
Normally all of out orders are shipped out within 48 hours, even within several hours.
If you cancel your order before the package is shipped out, we need take a 10% charge for the cancellation fee which includes payment handling fee and platform Fees.
Once your package was shipped out, we could not cancel your order and issue the refund. Hope you can understand.

Our policy lasts 30 days since you received your product. This is determined by the tracking number. If your order is unable to be tracked, this will be 30 days after the maximum shipping time of your selected shipping rate specified in our Shipping Policy (meaning if it's not tracked, you're typically covered for up to 90 days after purchase).
Returns with shopvillen are easy and relaxed. We almost never deny a return, but for legal purposes here's how to make sure everything goes smoothly:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All we mean is, if the item gets dirty, please wash it before giving it back to us!
- It must also be in the original packaging containing all of the parts you received. We don't care if you threw away plastic wrap and totally get if the box isn't with you anymore. If you don't have the original box, please notify us first and send it to us in a soft envelope.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be any piece of paper containing your full name and order number (including sticky notes).
So we can fix the issue as quickly as possible, please navigate to the contact us page and send us an email containing your reason for return, your order number, your full name, and your address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return, Refund, or Exchange (International Customers)?
- If your product arrives faulty or issues arise within 30 days, please contact us with an image of the faulty product. We will correct the issue by sending you a replacement product free of charge so long as images are provided.
- In the rare case you received the wrong product or feel it is not as advertised, please contact us with an image of the product within 30 days. Upon inspection of images, if the product is clearly different or incorrect we will send you the correct product free of charge. If the product seems to match what we advertise, we will ask for more images clearly showing the differences. If the product still seems to match what we advertise, we will provide you with a return address. Due to a system limitation, we will not be able to pay for or reimburse international returns. We will send you the correct product free of charge once we receive your product.

Returns for a refund are also super easy and quick. As returns for refunds rather than exchanges only happen once we have delivered the correct product without any defects and it is all cleared with the customer, we charge a small $5 shipping and restocking fee to help support our company.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed with a $5 fee deducted. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

As reasons for returns vary, we will notify you whether return shipping will be covered by shopvillen. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
